Join us for a 4-week yoga journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and build strength from the inside out. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to get back into a regular practice, this series will gently guide you through a progressive flow of movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Each week focuses on a different theme — from grounding and breath awareness to strength, flexibility, and restorative rest — giving you the space to move mindfully and build confidence on the mat. Expect a friendly, supportive atmosphere and classes that leave you feeling calm, strong, and recharged. This block is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga after a break.
