Come join us for an evening of rejuvenation at Irvine Beach Car park. Kickstart your evening with a refreshing run along the beach, followed by a calming yoga session as the sun sets. End the experience with a invigorating dip in the cold water to reset your mind and body. Connect with nature and unwind with like-minded individuals.

About me

I'm Emily, a trainee yoga teacher, seasoned runner (and run leader) and cold water enthusiast. As part of my training I wanted to hold some free events to practice my yoga teaching style but also to bring a bit of community to Scotland. Please note that I am insured to run these events.
